PROJECT PORTFOLIO

Quantitative Research & Analytics Portfolio

Personal projects

  • Built a Python Monte Carlo forecaster with more than 10,000 simulated paths, VaR, CVaR, automated tests, documentation, and a live Streamlit app.
  • Built a Toronto rental data pipeline using public datasets from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the City of Toronto.
  • Used Python and SQL to clean and organize source files, with validation tests and GitHub Actions checking each update before the data reaches the interactive map.
